Bergey's Kia - Colmar, PA, is hiring an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee financing activities and protect gross profit on vehicle sales.

You will build lender relationships, present insurance and service options, and supervise paperwork flow to close deals efficiently.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive F&I, a valid driver's license, and compliance with background checks and screening. Colmar location with benefits listed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in Automotive Industry as an F&I Manager or similar experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Protects gross profit by arranging financing and managing lender relations.
• Generates income through credit insurance, service contracts, GAP, and maintenance plans.
• Maintains all paperwork for vehicle sales and leases until finalization.
• Complies with federal, state, and local regulations affecting F&I operations.
• Trains sales staff on financing options and extended service programs.
• Ensures accurate submission of all finance-related documents to accounting.
