Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of lender programs, and the ability to train staff while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive F&I experience not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and dealership software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present financing and vehicle protection options to customers.
• Secure financing through multiple lending institutions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
• Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals.
• Review and finalize all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
• Train and support the sales team on finance products and processes.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable delivery experience for every customer.
