Job summary

Hyundai of Leander seeks a Finance Manager to drive revenue by selling finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle customers. You will explain aftermarket products, warranties, and service procedures, while maintaining relationships with lenders and ensuring compliant financing practices.

Responsibilities include processing finance/lease deals, maintaining F&I paperwork, and training staff on financing benefits. A blend of education and experience is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher; two to three years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Ability to sell financing and insurance products while complying with statutes and policies

Responsibilities

• Sells financing and credit, life, accident, and health insurance to customer
• Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
• Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Converts cash deals to finance deals where appropriate
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturer
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, and company policies
• Understands and follows all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
• Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintains insurance files and ensures 100 percent turnover to F&I department
