Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience capabilities.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine financing needs and payment options via consultative interview.
• Present transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
