Ken Garff Automotive Group in Hawaii is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to provide financing options, establish lender relationships, and help customers finalize vehicle purchases. You will drive growth by presenting suitable products and ensuring compliant paperwork.

As an F&I Manager, you will manage reserve income, F&I penetrations, and per-vehicle retail metrics, while collaborating with the sales team to forecast monthly targets.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department or selling of financial services.
• Friendly, cooperative, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to connect with customers quickly and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of financing or purchasing decision.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and use forecasts to meet objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and finalize all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees involved in transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow per Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines.
