Job summary

Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda is seeking a results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. You will maximize dealership profitability by structuring finance deals and presenting F&I products, while delivering a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales or F&I, excels at building trust, and is highly skilled in presenting and closing extended warranties and protection products.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and lenders.
• Understanding of title laws and registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing by presenting loan and lease options.
• Offer and explain F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP coverage, and protection plans.
• Desk and submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, and finalize terms.
• Prepare and review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure deals meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Audit deals post-sale for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain timely funding and resolve funding issues.
• Work with sales and management to streamline deal flow and performance.
