The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales or F&I, excels at building trust, and is skilled at presenting and closing extended warranties and protection products.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eagerness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing options (loan/lease) tailored to their needs.
• Explain F&I products (extended warranties, GAP, protection plans).
• Structure deals to maximize profitability with a positive customer experience.
• Desk and submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, finalize terms.
• Make sound credit decisions per dealer and lender guidelines.
• Prepare and review all contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure deals meet local, state, and federal regulations.
