Job summary

The Gilbert's Family of Companies in Florida seeks a Finance & Insurance professional to help customers arrange financing and present additional product offerings to enhance ownership experiences.

You will structure deals for profitability, ensure compliance with laws, prepare paperwork, and coordinate with lenders to fund contracts while maintaining accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing and present additional product offerings.
• Ensure sales are structured to maximize profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk and submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals to customers.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
