Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• F&I experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
• Train and develop sales staff on follow-up communication and customer care.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily sales activities and showroom operations.
• Track sales efforts and quotas; maintain customer data records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM and DMS is required.
