Job summary

The Gilbert Team in Okeechobee, FL is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales staff and drive customer service excellence. The Gilbert family operates multiple automotive and related businesses, offering a stable, long-term career with a large retention base.

You will train staff, monitor quotas, manage showroom operations, and ensure compliance. Proficiency with CRM and DMS is required; F&I experience is a plus. We offer a benefits package and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the sales staff to meet sales goals.
• Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on follow-up communication and taking care of the customer.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
• Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Must be proficient with CRM and DMS.
