Gilbert Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager in Okeechobee, FL to oversee and guide the sales team toward achieving targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will train staff, manage daily showroom operations, and ensure CRM/DMS proficiency, with a focus on building a large, loyal customer base. This role offers a family-owned culture and long-standing presence in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• F&I experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
• Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
• Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Must be proficient with CRM and DMS.
