Job summary

Gilbert Team in Okeechobee is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to oversee and guide the sales staff toward meeting targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. The role requires strong CRM/DMS proficiency and a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• F&I experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient with CRM and DMS.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
• Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
• Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
