RBM Automotive Group's Porsche Greenville location in Greenville, SC is seeking a Finance Manager to guide customers through financing options, warranties, and service programs. The role requires coordinating with multiple lenders and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class financing experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, math skills, and experience handling financing and leasing deals while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance explanations to customers, including warranties and service programs.
• Collaborate with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and obtain approvals through appropriate channels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/local regulations and lender requirements affecting finance operations.
• Create and maintain a program with the sales team to refer all new sales to the F&I department.
• Train the sales team on finance/lease programs and the benefits of financing and service programs.
• Introduce customers to the service department to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate potential issues to management and other departments to enhance customer experience.

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Working with lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
• Understanding and complying with federal, state/local regulations as well as Manufacturer and Lender requirements that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
• Introducing customers to the service department and working with the service department to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Proactively communicating potential issues with customers, management, and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Maintaining a professional personal appearance and workspace.
• Meeting Manufacturer and Dealership KPI metrics.
• Completing required dealership training and staying up-to date on the latest program requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Available to work full-time hours. Shifts vary; Dealership Operates Monday – Saturday; Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Intermediate communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
