Job summary

Kia of North Austin, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring an F&I Manager to guide customers through finance and protection options and to structure deals with urgency and precision.

You will build lender relations, collaborate with the sales team, and ensure compliance across all documentation while driving performance in a high-energy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of dealership finance experience.
• Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals.
• Positive attitude with the hunger to push business to new heights.
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Team oriented with leadership qualities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options.
• Structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately.
• Present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best approvals for our customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly.
• Champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting.
