LITHIA HYUNDAI OF FRESNO is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. This role requires 2+ years in F&I, expertise with CIT, import experience a plus, and CDK knowledge. You will oversee financing, insurance products, and compliance to drive profitable and positive customer outcomes.

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Total Rewards

• The California salary pay range for this position is $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Product and Reserve Income and bonuses based on Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration and Manufacturer Approvability.
• Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
