Qualifications

• Experienced call center and BDC representatives.
• Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, or business development experience preferred.
• Professional, enthusiastic attitude with customers.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build knowledge of product information, pricing, and dealer promotions.
• Use computer and phone skills in our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from leads, sold/unsold traffic, referrals and service/parts customers.
