Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the financing process for vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment. You will bridge Sales and Finance, assess customer financing needs, present transparent options, and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in automotive sales or finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience with automotive finance products and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine financing needs and payment options via consultative interviews.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled timely and in policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
