Wondries Toyota – Alhambra, CA is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the busy Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. You will assist with deal paperwork, verify contracts, submit deals to lenders, and manage title/DMV documentation in a high-volume dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive dealership exposure, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CDK and RouteOne. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (Finance, Accounting, or Office roles).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Basic understanding of auto finance contracts and lending processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with dealership software (CDK & RouteOne).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Finance Managers with preparing and processing vehicle deal paperwork
• Verify contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Submit deals to lenders and follow up for funding
• Handle title, registration, and DMV-related documentation
• Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and DMV clerks to ensure timely deal completion
• Respond to lender and internal inquiries regarding contracts or funding issues
