A leading automotive company located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Document Specialist / F&I Assistant. This entry-level role involves preparing finance paperwork and requires strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and potential additional compensation based on performance. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn dealership systems. A full-time schedule with Friday/Saturday availability is necessary.

Formación

• Experience in an automotive dealership or office environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare deals for the F&I department to be sent to the Billing Clerk.
• Submit paperwork to obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
• Ensure required documentation is submitted for timely finance contract payment.
