Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is seeking an F&I Clerk to support F&I documentation, warranty administration, and cross-department operations in a fast-paced dealership. You will review paperwork for accuracy, assist with warranty follow-up, and keep customer and vehicle data up to date.

This role offers $19–$25 per hour with bonuses, a 5-day schedule with 2 rotating days off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience reviewing detailed documents and identifying missing or incomplete information.
• Administrative experience and proficiency with computers and email.
• Experience using dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review F&I paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with warranty administration and follow-up.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, warranty, and transaction data.
• Track missing or incomplete paperwork and follow up with departments.
• Provide administrative support across Sales, Service, Finance, Accounting, and other departments.
