We’re looking for fresh blood! Are you ready to make a big splash?

What will I be doing?

As a waiter, you are the face and voice of BlueBlood. You will guide our guests through BlueBlood’s culinary journey, showcasing our commitment to excellence by blending local flavors with attention to detail. Together with your colleagues, you will join Chef Luis Rojas on a culinary exploration of Peru and Japan, focusing on ‘Nikkei’ cuisine—an adventurous mix of Japanese precision and Latin American spice. Your goal is to create memorable experiences that connect guests to BLUEBLOOD forever!

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and engaging guests with authentic customer care.
• Taking orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen team.
• Sharing your knowledge of Nikkei cuisine and explaining the menu.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Being the main point of contact for guests and proactively enhancing their experience.

You will also assist the supervisory team during evening service.

What are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Excellent English skills; Dutch is a plus.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in the service industry.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to handle stress naturally.
• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service daily.
• This role is available on a part-time and full-time basis, mainly focusing on evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
