Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising the coffee shop to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with policies and regulations, and meeting/exceeding financial goals.
2. Developing enthusiastically satisfied customers at all times.
3. Providing quality beverages consistently.
4. Maintaining store operations and contributing to store profitability.
5. Learning all aspects of the barista position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over two years of post-high school education.
• Two to three years of full employment in a related position.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in hot environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
