• Comply with health and safety policy and company procedures.
• Assist chefs with in-check of food deliveries and ensure high-quality produce is accepted.
• Ensure food storage aligns with hygiene regulations and stock rotation is followed.
• Cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
• Prepare service area and service points.
• Store food items and equipment properly after service.
