Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker I to support a range of back-of-house and front-of-house Food & Beverage roles. The position focuses on maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and gaining knowledge of kitchen cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures, keeping areas clean, attending training sessions, following health and safety policies, assisting with deliveries and stock rotation, and preparing service areas. Duties may evolve as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.

• Comply with the health and safety policy and company procedures.
• Assist in promoting and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Assist chefs with receiving deliveries and ensuring high-standard produce.
• Ensure food storage aligns with hygiene regulations and stock rotation procedures.
