Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a Coffee House setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Post-Employment - ServSafe Allergen, ServSafe Manager, RAMP, and Barista Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Starbucks F&B operations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Provide training and coaching to Starbucks Baristas.
• Monitor daily financial results and manage expenses.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
