Qualifications

• Barista certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take Food & Beverage orders.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods and set a positive example.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and adhere to brand standards.
• Ring in and tender orders accurately.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked, including prep areas and floors.
• Complete opening/closing procedures as directed.
