Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a friendly pool/beverage attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at the pool area in Naples, FL. You will greet guests, take orders, and finalize beverage service while maintaining a clean pool environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of upscale resort F&B experience, strong English communication, and a professional, welcoming attitude. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years of food and beverage serving in a high-volume upscale resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool and take beverage orders.
• Operate the hotel computer system to ring up sales and print checks.
• Open pool area procedures: keys, cabinets, towels and amenities.
• Serve and clear beverages in a professional, unobtrusive manner.
• Assist guests with seating, towels, and information about amenities and services.
• Maintain pool deck equipment and comply with hotel standards.

About The Role

To ensure guest satisfaction at the pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition

Essential Functions

What you will do

• Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
• Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
• Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
• Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Non-essential Functions

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
• Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manger
• Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort
