Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection in Orlando. You will assist department heads in overseeing outlets and banquets, ensuring service excellence and compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.

You will train and supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain strong guest relations while collaborating with vendors to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Read, write and speak English.
• 1–2 years of fine dining and/or hotel F&B experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Meet minimum age requirement; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Basic math and language reasoning skills.
