Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room service operations to ensure timely, courteous and high-quality service.
• Hire, train and supervise dining staff; schedule and mentor team members.
• Maintain spotless dining room appearance and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Greet and assist members and guests; manage reservations and seating flow.
• Assist with food and beverage service as needed and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and pre-shift lineups to align on service goals.
