Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, part of Troon, is seeking a motivated Banquet Cook to join our fast-paced culinary team. You will prepare quantities of food for events, rotate items, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in a busy setting.

This full-time position offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, with a schedule from 7am to 4pm, five days a week. Candidates should have 1–2 years cooking or food production experience; culinary training is a plus.

• Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
• Ensure proper storage of food items
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Banquet Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position. Hours: 7am-4pm, 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs
• Wrap, date, and rotate food items
• Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
• Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
• Ensure proper storage of food items
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior cook or food production experience; certified culinary training is a plus

Working Conditions

• Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and under pressure with organization and timing
