Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, is seeking a full-time Bartender to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will stock the bar, mix and serve beverages, manage cash and POS transactions, and assist with inventory and event service in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of bartending experience or training; applicants must be 21 or older and complete Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar and serves alcoholic beverages, assists with cost control and inventory.
• Maintains inventory records and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handles guest requests and service issues with the department manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including cash handling and restocking.
• Uses POS system for checks and transactions.
• Supports banquet events and catered parties as needed.
