Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to deliver a warm, engaging guest experience in a fast-paced park setting. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and handle transactions.

This role focuses on preparing food safely, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring timely, quality products while upholding park policies. No formal education is required; 1+ year of culinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage accurate transactions to provide engaging service.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned Food & Beverage location.
• Set up and breakdown of workstation.
• Adhere to labor regulations, schedules, and break policies.
• Prepare food following proper procedures and safety guidelines using kitchen equipment.
• Prepare items according to menu specs, portions and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Store and rotate stock; maintain safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions professionally.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety rules; perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
