Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Albuquerque Convention Center. You will assist the F&B Manager with event-day operations, oversee concessions, banquets and bar staff, and train teams to meet service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience in F&B, a customer-first mindset, and ability to manage cash handling and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field is desired.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role in Food & Beverage or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Manager in event-day operations.
• Oversee concessions, banquets, and bar staff during events.
• Train staff on department standards and procedures.
• Read and interpret par sheets, stand sheets, and requisition orders.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Provide professional, courteous guest service and upsell when appropriate.
• Manage opening/closing duties and inventory reporting.
