Job summary

Legends Global at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will assist the F&B Manager in overseeing event day operations, ensuring concessions, banquets and bar areas are set, and directing staff during events.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, 21+ years old, and a valid food handler card and alcohol server license. Strong guest service and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory level in F&B or related training.
• Flexible, urgent responsiveness and knowledge of food production basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event day operations for concessions, banquets and bars.
• Train and supervise Concessions, Banquet and Bar staff.
• Ensure accurate par sheets, stand sheets and requisitions are followed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked outlet areas; assist with inventory.
• Provide professional guest service and resolve issues as they arise.
