Job summary

Legends Global, located at One World Observatory, NYC, seeks a Busser to support front-of-house and maintain a guest-ready dining area. You will assist servers, reset tables, and keep dining spaces clean to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

The role requires flexible availability—mornings, evenings, weekends, and events—along with strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Prior restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential duties with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant, dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Greet guests and provide bread, butter, water, or other table accompaniments per service standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure to support turnover.
• Transport dishes and service items to dishwashing and storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas between seatings.
• Assist servers with food delivery and refills during peak periods.
• Communicate guest needs to servers or leaders promptly.
• Collaborate with hosts and team members to maximize seating efficiency.
• Provide guests with information about One World Observatory and local attractions.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work; attend trainings.
