Job summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Biltmore Farms oversees all service within the Fork Lore restaurant and bar areas, in-room dining, and supports banquet operations to ensure guest satisfaction. You will guide the F&B team while maintaining Hilton brand standards and the Blue Energy culture.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in Hospitality and at least two years of supervisory food service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associates Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years food service experience, preferably in supervisory role.
• Experience working in hotel Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Work with Culinary Team on seamless delivery of food and beverage service.
• Greet guests and maintain contact throughout functions to ensure arrangements are satisfactory.
• Ensure staff adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Allocate staff for optimal guest experience across departments.
• Maintain high performance and coordinate staff training as needed.
• Follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Be available to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
