Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations: Oversee daily outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Monitor service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and implement improvements to dining.
• Guide the team through each shift: Provide on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor team members.
• Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage sales.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
