F&B Supervisor – Coffee Amore

Job summary

Coffee Amore is seeking a supervisor with experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment. You will oversee shift responsibility, perform line checks to ensure product quality and compliance with Pala Casino standards, and manage daily reports.

You will also handle office tasks such as paperwork, menu and cost analysis, and placing orders from the computer, while supervising staff through scheduling, counseling, PTO, and training.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage facility.
• Must be knowledgeable and proficient in all reporting positions.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Line check – taste all food products, ensure quality and adherence to Pala Casino standards.
• Office work – complete paperwork, daily reports, menu analysis, cost analysis, and ordering products from computer.
• Supervise staff – including scheduling, employee counseling, PTO, etc.
