Silver-Sevens-Hotel- seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee Front of House activities across all outlets in Las Vegas. You will schedule staff, monitor labor and costs, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitable service while maintaining health, safety, and brand standards.
The role requires 3 years’ F&B operations experience, health and alcohol awareness certifications, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred.
The Food & Beverage Operations Manager coordinates food and beverage Front of House activities of all Food & Beverage outlets by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining comparable sales growth, profitability, and team member relations.

Ensure standard operating procedures for supervising all Front of the House F&B employees and the shift are in place and followed resulting in employee motivation and satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and the promotion of the concept.
Must be able to supervise and develop all food and beverage front of house team members on all assigned shifts and communicate well with other departments. Must be able to communicate well in all conditions, and able to respond in a positive manner to guest or team member issues, ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience.

3 years experience in a similarly sized Food & Beverage operations. Training, coaching, developing, scheduling and front and back of house experience preferred.
Clark County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming Card, and Non-Gaming card required.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
