Shamin Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Sandston, VA to oversee daily F&B operations and support staff supervision. You will ensure guest satisfaction through service quality and cleanliness while managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory under the guidance of the F&B Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and knowledge of health and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected in this hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and events.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service laws.
• Open and close outlets as needed, following proper procedures.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are met.

Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through consistent service, quality, and cleanliness. This position supports staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards while leading by example and supporting the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
