Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations and guest experiences across outlets. You will supervise restaurant, bar, and banquet staff, ensuring service quality, cleanliness, and safety while coaching team members and managing scheduling and payroll.

You will lead by example, maintain inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and events.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service laws.
• Open and close outlets as needed, following proper procedures.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are met.
