Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s is seeking a Store Operator for our Park Road location. This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing daily operations, staffing, and guest experience, with the ability to step into any position as needed.

You will manage financials, uphold standards, and drive community engagement while building a strong team culture and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, quality-driven restaurant operations.
• 5+ years in fast-paced food service or restaurant environment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with proven team development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with restaurant systems, scheduling tools, reporting, and operational technology.
• Proven work ethic, job stability, and career progression.
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to work a five-day schedule averaging 50–52 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations through hands-on floor leadership, coaching of managers and team members.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members with strong internal leadership.
• Uphold recipes, systems, policies, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engagement and service recovery.
• Own store-level financial performance including food cost, labor, inventory, and forecasting.
• Build staffing plans, write schedules, and ensure proper staffing for daily needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Execute catering, off-site initiatives, and community-focused brand growth.
• Create accountability while maintaining a positive and professional team culture.

Bossy Beulah’s is built on bold flavors, genuine hospitality, and leadership that shows up every single day. We are looking for a Store Operator for our Park Road location who can take full ownership of the business, lead from the front, and build a team culture that people want to be part of.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast paced restaurant environment, takes pride in high standards, and understands that consistent leadership drives consistent results.

This is a hands on leadership role. The Store Operator is expected to be fully involved in daily operations, capable of stepping into any position when needed, and responsible for creating a workplace where guests feel welcomed and team members feel supported. You will represent the Bossy Beulah’s brand inside and outside of the restaurant while building meaningful relationships in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations through hands on floor leadership, real time problem solving, and direct coaching of managers and team members
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members while building strong internal leadership
• Uphold recipes, systems, policies, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards across all areas of the business
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through active engagement, service recovery, and reputation management
• Own store level financial performance including food cost, labor, inventory, sales forecasting, and controllable expenses
• Build staffing plans, write schedules, and ensure the restaurant is properly staffed for daily business needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant restaurant environment
• Execute catering, off site initiatives, local outreach, and community focused brand growth
• Create accountability while maintaining a positive and professional team culture

What You’ll Bring
