Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s is seeking a Part Time Hourly Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and keep service running smoothly from open to close. This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and rewards reliable, proactive managers who take pride in guest experience.

You’ll work closely with store leadership to oversee service, coach staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide active floor leadership, oversight, and real-time problem solving.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.

• Assist with inventory, product organization, and ordering needs.

We are looking for an Part TimeHourly Manager who helps lead daily operations, supports the team, and keeps service running smoothly from open to close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in creating a well run shift and a great guest experience.

This is a hands on leadership role focused on day to day support of the restaurant. You will work closely with store leadership to help oversee service, guide the team, and maintain standards across the restaurant. You should be comfortable stepping into different areas of the operation, helping solve problems in real time, and providing reliable support during both opening and closing shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations through active floor leadership, shift oversight, and real time problem solving
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is set up for success

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with confidence and professionalism

• Dependability, flexibility, and a strong sense of accountability
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
