Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s is seeking a Part Time Hourly Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and keep service running smoothly from open to close. This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and rewards reliable, proactive managers who take pride in guest experience.

You’ll work closely with store leadership to oversee service, coach staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide active floor leadership, oversight, and real-time problem solving.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Oversee shift flow while supporting team performance and guest experience.
• Coach and support team members during service, maintaining accountability and standards.
• Assist with inventory, product organization, and ordering needs.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day staffing with store leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant.
• Step into service positions as needed to keep operations moving.
