Kith Treats is seeking a F&B Assistant Shop Manager for our Kith Women’s Cafe in the United States. This full-time role supports the Shop Manager, leads F&B staff, and partners with HQ on inventory, staffing, and business matters in the manager’s absence.
Open availability is required, with evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. A valid Food Handlers license (or ServSafe) is required. 1–2 years in a customer-facing managerial role and 1+ years in F&B are preferred. on-site work only.

The F&B Assistant Shop Manager is the right hand to the F&B Shop Manager and assists in managing the operational efficiencies of the shop and the overall customer experience. They will consistently assist in leading and managing a team of F&B Staff. The Assistant Shop Manager will be expected to maintain a high standard in the Shop by focusing on responsibilities assigned by their Shop Manager. The Assistant Shop Manager is responsible for partnering with the appropriate HQ & Store partners on the following: inventory, staffing, and overall business matters, in the absence of the Shop Manager.
