Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Gaming regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position OR four (4) years' experience in a Management position OR two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position within Resorts World.
• Six (6) years' related food and beverage experience.
• Fluency in English required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works as a member of a cohesive management team that supports decisions.
• Functions as a role model to staff and junior managers.
• Develops ways to increase guest counts and loyalty.
• Recruits, trains, recognizes, coaches, and counsels staff across departments.
• Determines staffing levels and monitors scheduling and budgeting.
• Maintains security, safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Communicates positively about bars/service areas and fosters a productive work environment.
• Opens/closes procedures, runs reports, beverage knowledge, and team building.
