Job summary

• Operate POS system accurately as required.
• Oversee onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Enforce health, safety, and RBS policies.
• Oversee daily financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned.
