Paradies Lagardère is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor at the Palm Springs International Airport location to lead dining operations and deliver first-class guest experiences. You will train team members, manage daily tasks, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting cash-out procedures, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the restaurant while maintaining a positive company image.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks and following up with staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through training and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist with cash-out procedures and POS training.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper sanitation throughout the restaurant.
