Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at DFW Airport is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to lead team members on shift and ensure fast, friendly guest service in a high-volume dining environment. You will supervise daily operations, monitor workflow, assist with training, and uphold safety, quality, and cash-handling procedures while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Support inventory management, product quality, and loss prevention efforts.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures as required.
• Communicate operational updates and shift performance to management.
