Hotel Magdalena’s Summer on Music Lane in Austin seeks a Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations, oversee staffing, collaborate on menu planning, and maintain the guest experience and quality standards for all food and beverage service.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and a dedication to upholding hotel policies and the Bunkhouse culture in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and oversee both food prep and service.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant and bar staff.
• Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling.
